Throughout Manny Bardeguez 25-year coaching career, he has worked with all age groups, specializing in athletes 18 and under.  Many of the players have gone on to play collegiate and/or minor-league baseball.

Coached and developed youth sports in Long Island NY, including:

·         Creating and Coordinating the Longwood PAL Basketball League for boys and girls sense 1980 to present.

·         Program Director Longwood School District Police Athletic League

·         Creating the Suffolk County PAL Guardians baseball club  

·         Directing the St Frances Cabrini Basketball C.Y.O.

·         Running Suffolk County PAL Countywide Baseball as the Division Coordinator.

·         Longwood Youth Sports Association Program Baseball Player Development Director.

·         Recruiting Coordinator Suffolk County Top 50 High School Soccer Players.
