America's Future Prospects baseball team won The Perfect Game WWBA Northeast Qualifier in Long Island New York on September 12, 2009. The team will travel to the World Wood Bat Association World Championship in Jupiter Florida, and compete against the top teams from across the United States, Canada and Latin America.
This event will be the 11th annual WWBA World Championship. It is held each year in Jupiter at the end of October. The WWBA is considered by many as the top amateur baseball tournament in the world. It consists of 80 of the top elite travel teams from across the US, Canada and Latin America.
